What Is HOCATT Ozone Sauna?

HOCATT Ozone Sauna is a seated chamber designed to surround your body with heat, steam, far infrared, microcurrent frequencies, and an ozone environment while your head remains outside the enclosure. At Health Builders, our setup also includes a HUGO Professional PEMF system. HUGO Professional uses nanosecond pulse technology to deliver brief electromagnetic pulses during the session. We explain the chamber sequence, PEMF settings, temperature, breathing setup, and stop controls before you begin.

Before your first session, we review your medicines, implants, heat tolerance, recent illnesses, and previous reactions to saunas or heat. We also ask about pregnancy, seizures, heart or lung conditions, skin problems, and recent infections that can affect heat or PEMF safety. Then we explain whether HOCATT is appropriate for you and what to do before your appointment.

How HOCATT Ozone Sauna Works at Health Builders

HOCATT is designed to use heat, steam, and an ozone chamber environment during a seated session. We explain the temperature, timing, breathing setup, PEMF settings, and stop controls before the session begins.

01

Heat Warms Your Body

Heat raises the temperature inside the chamber and encourages sweating. The warmth builds during the session while you remain seated.

02

Steam Adds Humidity

Steam adds moisture to the chamber and changes how the heat feels on your skin. The combination of heat and humidity encourages sweating throughout the session.

03

Ozone Enters the Chamber Around Your Body

Ozone enters the enclosed chamber around your body. We explain when the ozone portion begins, how the chamber is arranged, and which symptoms require the session to stop.

04

HUGO Professional Provides PEMF

The HUGO Professional system delivers PEMF during the chamber session. We explain the setting, what you may feel, and which health conditions or implants can affect whether PEMF is used.

05

Your Head Remains Outside the Chamber

The chamber encloses your body while your head remains outside. We show you how the neck opening is positioned and how to communicate with our team throughout the session.

06

Far Infrared and Microcurrent Frequencies Are Included

The HOCATT chamber also uses far infrared and microcurrent frequencies during the session. These are part of the same seated session alongside heat, steam, the ozone environment, and PEMF.

Why You May Consider HOCATT Ozone Sauna

You may consider HOCATT when low energy, slow recovery, or physical stiffness makes it harder to keep up with work, exercise, and daily life. Controlled heat and steam encourage sweating and increase blood flow near the skin. HUGO Professional PEMF adds pulsed electromagnetic stimulation to muscles and other tissues. Our care team reviews your health and heat tolerance before recommending treatment.

Low Energy and Slow Recovery

Fatigue and slow recovery can leave you with less energy for work, exercise, family responsibilities, and ordinary tasks. A guided HOCATT session brings heat, steam, sweating, rest, and PEMF into one appointment.

Muscle and Joint Stiffness

Heat can increase blood flow near the skin and help muscles and joints feel warmer and looser. HUGO Professional PEMF provides pulsed electromagnetic stimulation that may support muscle activation and recovery after physical strain.

How HOCATT Ozone Sauna Can Help You

HOCATT combines heat, steam, far infrared, microcurrent frequencies, an ozone environment, and HUGO Professional PEMF in one session. Benefits can include weight loss, detoxification, immune support, pain relief, increased circulation, faster athletic recovery, and improved vitality.

Weight Loss and Detoxification

The heat and steam inside the HOCATT chamber raise your body temperature and encourage sweating. HOCATT can be used to support weight loss and detoxification as part of your broader treatment plan.

Immune Support and Increased Circulation

Heat increases blood flow near the skin during your session, supporting circulation throughout the treatment. The ozone environment is also used as part of Health Builders treatment plans focused on immune support.

Pain Relief and Muscle and Joint Comfort

Heat, steam, and the other technologies used during HOCATT can help relieve pain, muscle soreness, and joint stiffness. This can be useful when chronic discomfort is limiting movement, exercise, or daily activity.

Faster Athletic Recovery and Improved Vitality

HUGO Professional PEMF delivers brief electromagnetic pulses during your session to support muscle activation and recovery. HOCATT may also be used to support faster athletic recovery, energy, and overall vitality.

What to Expect Before, During, and After Your HOCATT Session

Knowing how to prepare, what the chamber feels like, and what to do afterward can reduce uncertainty before your appointment.

Before Your Appointment

Complete your new patient forms and bring a list of medicines, supplements, diagnoses, implants, and recent medical changes. Tell us about pregnancy, seizures, heart or lung conditions, fainting, heat intolerance, skin problems, or recent illness. Follow the hydration, food, clothing, jewelry, skin-product, and exercise instructions we send before your appointment.

During Your Appointment

We position you in the HOCATT chamber and explain how your head and breathing space are arranged. We also explain the chamber settings, PEMF setting, communication method, and stop controls. Tell us immediately about dizziness, nausea, chest discomfort, coughing, throat irritation, shortness of breath, numbness, weakness, or another sudden symptom.

After Your Appointment

After the active session ends, we follow the chamber clearing process and give you time to cool down. We explain hydration, showering, driving, work, exercise, and other heat exposure after your appointment. Call us for breathing symptoms, chest discomfort, fainting, severe dizziness, a lasting headache, a skin reaction, or symptoms that keep getting worse.

HOCATT Safety, Side Effects, and Who Should Avoid It

HOCATT combines heat, steam, an ozone chamber environment, and HUGO Professional PEMF. These features require added safety review for patients with specific health conditions, implants, medicines, or recent health changes. Our care team reviews your information before recommending a session and explains whether HOCATT is appropriate for you.

Patients With Heart or Blood Pressure Conditions

Heat can raise your heart rate and affect blood pressure. Tell us about heart disease, irregular heart rhythms, fainting, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent chest pain, or a recent cardiac event. Our care team can determine whether medical clearance or another treatment is needed.

Patients With Asthma or Other Breathing Conditions

Ozone can irritate the lungs and airways when inhaled. Tell us about asthma, chronic lung disease, frequent wheezing, breathing sensitivity, or previous reactions to ozone or strong odors. We review your respiratory health and explain the chamber’s breathing setup before treatment.

Patients With Electrical Implants or Seizure Conditions

HUGO Professional uses pulsed electromagnetic fields. Tell us about pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, insulin pumps, neurostimulators, seizures, epilepsy, metal implants, or other implanted devices. Our care team reviews these details before PEMF is used.

Patients With Open Wounds or Reduced Skin Sensation

Tell us about open wounds, burns, skin infections, recent surgery, neuropathy, or reduced ability to feel heat. These concerns can affect how safely your skin responds inside the chamber.

Patients Who Are Pregnant or Breastfeeding

Pregnancy and breastfeeding require added safety review because HOCATT combines heat, ozone, and PEMF. Tell us if you are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding before scheduling.

Patients With Dehydration, Fever, or Heat-Sensitive Medicines

Fever, infection, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, and recent illness can make heat harder for your body to handle. Some medicines also affect sweating, hydration, blood pressure, alertness, or temperature control. Bring a complete list of your medicines and supplements for our care team to review.

Questions About HOCATT Ozone Sauna?

Tell us whether fatigue or slow recovery is affecting your day, how your body handles heat, and whether you have implants or health conditions that can affect the session. Our team can explain screening, preparation, current pricing, and appointment availability.

What Should You Wear to a HOCATT Appointment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to change out of. HOCATT sessions are commonly completed without regular clothing inside the chamber, with a towel or wrap provided for privacy. Remove jewelry, hearing aids, and metal accessories before treatment. Arrive without lotions, oils, perfumes, or heavy skin products unless our care team gives you different instructions.

During HOCATT, your body sits inside the chamber while your head remains outside. Ozone enters the enclosed chamber around your body, and the head-and-neck opening creates a separate space for breathing room air. Before the session begins, our team shows you how the opening is positioned, explains the stop controls, and tells you what symptoms to report. Coughing, throat irritation, chest tightness, wheezing, shortness of breath, dizziness, or faintness requires the session to stop so our care team can assess you. After the active session, our team completes the chamber-clearing process before helping you out.

Yes! Our HOCATT setup includes a HUGO Professional PEMF system. HUGO Professional uses nanosecond pulse technology. We explain whether PEMF will be used during your session and review implants, seizure history, pregnancy, heart conditions, and other safety factors before treatment.

Wait at least two hours before showering. A four-to-six-hour wait is commonly recommended after HOCATT sessions. Cool down and drink water first, then use lukewarm water when you shower. If your skin begins itching, burning, or developing a rash, rinse sooner and call our team.

HOCATT sessions at Health Builders are provided by Dr. Fuller or clinic staff. Our team reviews the health and safety information needed before treatment, prepares the equipment, and remains available during your session.

Coverage depends on the service, provider, and payer rules. Dr. Fuller participates with Medicare, and Health Builders submits Medicare claims for eligible covered services he provides. For eligible non-Medicare services, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance plan. Our team will explain current HOCATT pricing and payment information before you schedule.
